Our team conducted a comprehensive Electrical Safety Audit and Energy Audit for Prime Tower, a three-basement and twelve-storied commercial facility equipped with modern electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The assessment involved detailed site inspections, data collection, and system analysis to identify safety risks, operational deficiencies, and areas requiring corrective action. Starting from the main power distribution system, the audit covered all critical electrical sections of the building to evaluate overall system reliability and compliance. Through the energy audit, we identified energy loss points, excessive energy consumption patterns, and potential energy-saving opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce utility costs. The audit was carried out in accordance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and supported by international standards including NFPA 70 (NEC), ensuring both personnel safety and protection of property through technically sound recommendations.
